Welcome to AlFateh, an intelligent IoT-based system for managing masjid facilities remotely. The Smart Mosque Access Management System is a secure, cloud-based platform designed to simplify and manage authorized access to mosques across the country. Authorized users can securely log in to their account, verify their identity using multi-factor authentication, and unlock a secure key box located at the mosque to retrieve the building keys. The system provides a centralized, scalable solution for managing access while maintaining a high level of security and accountability.
Secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users log in with a username and password, followed by a one-time verification code generated through Google Authenticator or another compatible authentication application.
Access Control by Mosque: Administrators can assign individual users access only to the specific mosques they are authorized to enter. Location-Based Security: Users can only unlock a key box when they are physically within a configurable radius (for example, one mile) of the authorized mosque, helping prevent unauthorized remote access.
Access Monitoring & Audit Logs: Mosque administrators can view detailed records of who accessed their mosque, including the date and time of each access. Administrative Remote Access: Authorized mosque administrators have the ability to unlock their mosque's key box remotely when necessary, without being restricted by the location requirement.
Digital Door Code Delivery: For mosques equipped with electronic keypad locks instead of physical keys, authorized users can securely retrieve the door access code once they are within the approved proximity to the mosque.
Flexible & Expandable Platform: The system is designed with flexibility in mind and can support both physical key management and electronic keypad access, allowing each mosque to choose the solution that best fits its needs.
Additional authentication methods, access policies, reporting tools, notifications, scheduling features, and custom integrations can be incorporated as requirements evolve. This modular architecture makes the platform adaptable to a wide variety of operational needs, ensuring that new features and capabilities can be added over time to support the changing requirements of mosques and organizations.
My name is Amjad Radi, and I am an Electrical Engineer with experience across multiple engineering disciplines, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and software development. Throughout my career, I have worked on complex technical systems that require precision, reliability, and problem-solving.
Beyond my professional career, I enjoy designing and building projects that combine hardware and software. My interests include automotive projects, CNC machining, laser engraving, woodworking, electronics, and developing custom technology solutions that solve real-world problems.
The idea for this platform came from a desire to make it easier for Muslims traveling away from home to access mosques for prayer. By combining modern technology with practical access management, my goal is to help participating mosques provide convenient access to authorized visitors while allowing each mosque to maintain full control over its own facilities.
This project reflects my passion for using engineering to create solutions that serve communities and improve everyday experiences. As the platform grows, I remain committed to expanding its capabilities based on the needs and feedback of mosques and the Muslim community.
